CCI Holiday 2024 Hours

Dear CCI users,

 

Please see below information about our upcoming holiday hours.

 

Outpatient Clinics (ACC/221, 830B, CTC, CTH):

 Resources reduced Tuesday 12/24 & 12/31

1. Closed Wednesdays, 12/25 & 1/1.
2. Standard resources available: All other weekdays including December 23, 26, 27, 30 and Jan 2, 3

 

Inpatient (9A/B): Tuesday 12/24 to end of business, Wednesday 1/1

1. Nursing: resources will continue to be available 24/7
2. Lab: Reduced resources, contingent upon needs
3. Nutrition:
   1. 1. Resources reduced at end of scheduled business day, Monday, 12/23.
      2. Standard resources available: Morning, Thursday 1/2.
      3. All nutrition services/meals needed for visits scheduled during January 2-8, 2025, are required to be submitted by Monday, December 9.

 

Please make sure to schedule any visits needed during this time period by December 1^st, so we can plan staffing accordingly.

 

While we have reduced resources during this time, we are not closed. We will work with all investigators requesting CCI support and do our best to accommodate requests for all resources. All requests will require overbooks and Director/Manager approval.
